About the Event
Women Mentoring Women is a professional development program focused on mentoring, networking, and leadership skills. This workshop will focus on Women Mentoring Women Across Career and Life Stages.
Led by Allison McWilliams, PhD., Assistant Vice President of Mentoring and Alumni Personal & Career Development at Wake Forest University, this workshop curriculum is designed to teach skills that cultivate beneficial mentor/mentee relationships and build leadership skills.
Join fellow REACH members for this in-depth, two-hour workshop to explore the role of mentorship for personal and professional growth, with a particular emphasis on how women can mentor other women. Whether you are just starting your career, an experienced team leader, or considering a mid-career or life pivot, this workshop will provide the tools and strategies to use the skills of mentoring to support your next steps with intention.
