What We Do

In all efforts, we COLLABORATE + PARTICIPATE before we originate.

Our community has various programming options for women in the workplace. We support other organizations' initiatives and strive to build on –
rather than reproduce – their efforts.

REACHing over

{ connecting members to each other }

REACH Network members are paired up for 1-to-1 networking. Conversation partners are assigned quarterly and meet at least three times that quarter.

A four-part professional development program focused on mentoring, networking, and leadership skills.

Confidential, committed groups that meet regularly to Recognize, Encourage, Advise and Champion each other, like a personal board of directors.
