Our community has various programming options for women in the workplace. We support other organizations' initiatives and strive to build on –
rather than reproduce – their efforts.
REACHing over

REACH Network members are paired up for 1-to-1 networking. Conversation partners are assigned quarterly and meet at least three times that quarter.
A four-part professional development program focused on mentoring, networking, and leadership skills.
Confidential, committed groups that meet regularly to Recognize, Encourage, Advise and Champion each other, like a personal board of directors.
Supporting and connecting professional women newcomers to Winston-Salem in collaboration with Greater Winston-Salem, Inc.
The PINK couch: Panel series with other organizations like Jack & Jill and The Links, Inc.
