Supporting and connecting working women newcomers to Winston-Salem in collaboration with Greater Winston-Salem, Inc.

Relocating to Winston-Salem? We are here to welcome you!
Winston Welcomes Women is a partnership between REACH Women's Network and Greater Winston-Salem, Inc., uniquely designed to support working women newcomers to our city. Whether you are relocating for your job or a partner's job, we extend a welcoming hand and help you get connected to the community.
Navigating a new career, a new home, and a new community is challenging so we've created a program to connect you with resourceful, working women who will REACH out to make your transition easier. We will reach out to you, help with needed resources, recommendations, and support you as you navigate your new community, job, home, and schools over a three-month period. Winston Welcomes Women hosts gatherings for Welcome Circle participants and newcomer professional women at various locations across the community, so you, as a newcomer to Winston-Salem, get to know our city and other working working women.
To get started, complete a brief questionnaire. A welcomer from REACH Women's Network will reach out to you shortly.
You and your welcomer will get acquainted and discuss how we can support you with resources, recommendations, and networking needed over the next three months.
